What You’ll Do:

• Perform Residential Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance Handle a wide range of services including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.

• Troubleshoot & Diagnose Issues Inspect systems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions with confidence.

• Install Plumbing Systems & Fixtures Install and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and more — always following safety and building codes.

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain issues, provide accurate estimates, and recommend the best solutions.

• Ensure Code Compliance Complete all work in accordance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.

• Conduct System Inspections Evaluate plumbing systems for performance, water quality, and safety.

• Document Work Using ServiceTitan Track materials, update work orders, and maintain accurate records.

• Promote Safety & Quality Follow all safety protocols to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience Skilled in repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Valid NJ plumbing license (preferred)

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software (a plus)

• Strong communication skills Able to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionally.

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities

• High attention to detail Committed to quality workmanship and code compliance.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
