Speech Pathologist I - AVN, Per Diem CCC-SLP, Union County

Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Visiting Nurse Division as a Per Diem Speech Pathologist in Union County. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Weekends not required and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 - 4pm. 

Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes 

Minimum Education:

• Masters in Speech Language Pathology
• CCC 

Relevant Experience:

• 1 year of Home-care experience preferred

License/Certifications:

• NJ SLP License required
