Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and reporting to a Director. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and handles confidential and time sensitive material. Communicates effectively via phone and email and ensures that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
Education:
Associates degree in business administration or related field.
Experience:
7 years of experience in administration or relevant area including experience in supporting high level leadership team members and handling complex itineraries and travel arrangements preferred.
