Description

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and reporting to a Director. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and handles confidential and time sensitive material. Communicates effectively via phone and email and ensures that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Answers and directs phone calls and ensures the contact list is maintained.
  • Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments, orders office supplies, prepares invoices and provides general support to visitors.
  • Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Submits and reconciles expense reports and provides assistance in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, develops and maintains a filing system including books travel arrangements 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education:

Associates degree in business administration or related field.

Experience:

7 years of experience in administration or relevant area including experience in supporting high level leadership team members and handling complex itineraries and travel arrangements preferred.
