The Sr. Administrative Assistant for SIA (Strategic Insights & Analytics) will work directly with the Senior Director of Neuroscience, the Senior Director of New Product Business Development, EPG Analytics, and the Senior Director of New Product Business Development, CV/Cardiopulmonary/Retina. SIA (Strategic Insights & Analytics) is under the StAT (Strategy, Analytics & Transformation) Organization within Innovative Medicine. This position will include administrative duties and projects, requiring initiative and the use of sound judgment and discretion, independent assessment and resolution of complex situations/problems. You will be a critical, highly valued member of the team and will learn about some of the most exciting aspects of the pharmaceutical marketplace.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to three Senior Directors
Provide some administrative support to Directors on each of the teams
Make travel arrangements (e.g., manage calendars including internal and off-site meeting planning, schedules, updates, etc.)
Provide Expense Reporting support
Engage in routine and complex document preparation and file management
Schedule/arrange meetings
Communicate with internal/external partners at all levels of the organization
Exercise independent judgment in establishing and proactively revising priorities within assigned responsibilities
Independently organize large internal department or cross functional meetings onsite or offsite
Plan and organize team building events (lunches, activities, socials, milestone events)
Prepare and handle confidential correspondence
Proactively stay informed of company policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the department and provide guidance of applicable staff with relevant reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines.
Provide excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma is required
An Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of administration experience is required
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with online purchase order and travel arrangement systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
The individual selected will maintain security and confidentiality of highly sensitive documents, information and proposals

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$52,500.00 - $84,525.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
