Role and Responsibilities

Senior Director of Supply Chain Innovation under Business Innovation division is responsible for developing and executing the company’s supply chain strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This role will lead end-to-end supply chain transformation by identifying, developing and scaling innovative technologies and processes that enhance visibility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This role will lead a team of project managers and analytics team, and report directly to the division head.

Lead end-to-end supply chain innovation strategy

  • Drive long-term innovation roadmap across planning, fulfillment, logistics, data visibility, and customer experience. Identify emerging technologies (AI, ML, digital twins, IoT, blockchain) and convert them into executable programs with measurable ROI.

Architect and deliver AI-enabled supply chain solutions

  • Own scoping, planning, and implementation of AI/ML initiatives such as predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, automated reporting, and decision-support tools. Partner with head office AI team and SEA business teams through the process to identify and implement best solution.

Manage cross-functional PMO and large-scale program execution

  • Oversee program governance, prioritization, timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment for multi-million-dollar initiatives. Direct PMO teams to ensure portfolio transparency, KPI tracking, and delivery excellence across operations.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships and external innovation pipelines

  • Evaluate and negotiate engagements with technology vendors, consulting firms, automation providers, and research partners. Own contracts, SOWs, performance metrics, and co-innovation pilot programs to accelerate transformation.

Drive executive communication and enterprise-wide alignment

  • Present insights, proposals, business cases, and progress updates to C-suite and global stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable decisions, securing buy-in and funding for next-generation capabilities.
  • We are seeking someone who will challenge the status quo in search of new processes, ideas, technology to deliver on growth and improve competitive position. This person will generate innovative ideas and solutions to meet and exceed customer experience and drive margin, and present key findings from data analysis to support internal and customer groups. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 14+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting, supply chain analysis/optimization, financial modeling, and/or process creation & redesign
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
  • People management experience as a team/project leader
  • Proven experience facilitating the execution of key supply chain projects or other projects
  • Critically evaluate complex problems, provide clear and concise recommendations.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze business performance around supply chain challenges
  • High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills to both internal and external clients coupled with exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint capabilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers, across the organization and the senior leadership team.
  • Experience leading AI-driven supply chain innovation from concept through deployment, including roadmap creation, cross-functional alignment, data readiness, technical scoping, and enterprise-wide implementation
  • Experience defining and managing external partnerships and contracts with technology vendors, consulting firms and solution providers to accelerate digital transformation and supply chain modernization
  • Experience summarizing and presenting analytical work
  • Experience leveraging market and industry insights to develop a vison and execution strategy
  • Experience leading engagements with the business units and external customers

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $240,000 and $296,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
