 To assist with the financial accounting functions, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage daily deposits and maintain corporate credit card accounts.
  • Process vendor payments including ACH, wire transfers, duty invoices, and year-end 1099 forms.
  • Serve as administrator for Great Plains software, including new user setup and period/year-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Develop corporate schedules for year-end reviews and audits.
  • Complete vendor credit applications and support special finance projects.
  • Generate month-end financial reports with supporting notes and analysis.
  • Participate in finance team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and projects in support the company’s fast-paced environment.
  • Salary range $77K-$85K

Requirements
  •  Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
  • 2+ years of accounting office experience (or 1–2 years of college coursework in accounting).
  • Experience with Great Plains software strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and apply instructions delivered in various formats (written, verbal, diagrams, schedules)
