Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, as a member of the Technical Operations leadership team, this role will be critical in setting the strategy and realizing the vision for the growth and expansion of ADC Therapeutics' global commercial and clinical supply. The incumbent will lead and mentor an experienced team of manufacturing, technical and supply chain professionals responsible for managing all activities related to supply of ADCT's antibody drug conjugate therapies, including chemistry, cell culture, conjugation, form/fill, label/pack, shipping and logistics.
In addition, this role will be responsible for leading efforts to optimize the internal and external networks and business processes to support significant anticipated growth in supply, in collaboration with key Tech Ops leaders. In this role, the incumbent will have overall responsibility for External Partnerships and Network Management, Procurement/ Contracting and Cost Optimization, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, while ensuring all GMP Supply activities are done with a high focus on Quality and Compliance.
The preferred location for this position is to be hybrid from the ADCT New Jersey office, but will also consider remote within the US if able to travel to the NJ office and other business locations when needed.
