Overview
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Crackers is a key contributor to Campbell's RGM capability within the Crackers category, reporting to the Director, RGM Strategy - Crackers. This role leads analysis across pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), trade, promotion, and mix to inform pricing and growth decisions for the Crackers portfolio.
Working within the Crackers RGM Strategy team, the Senior Analyst owns end-to-end analytical workstreams within their assigned levers, synthesizes insights across brands and channels within the category, and partners closely with Category, Insights, Sales and Finance to drive improved price realization and profitable growth.

What You Will Do…
You will lead analyses across Campbell's core RGM levers, develop pricing and trade recommendations, and serve as a trusted analytical partner to the Crackers RGM Strategy team. You will connect insights across brands within the category and help guide decisions that balance customer, consumer, and financial outcomes.
Principal Accountabilities
Pricing: own end-to-end analysis supporting pricing strategy for innovation launches and broader pricing initiatives, including periodic price adjustments and scenario modelingPPA: own end-to-end analysis on price-pack architecture decisions - price ladders, pack gaps, and pack role strategy across the portfolioTrade: manage and optimize trade spend in line with overall brand strategy, across channels and customersPromotion: evaluate promotional effectiveness and identify efficient events based on ROI and liftMix: support portfolio and channel mix analysis to identify growth opportunities within the categoryBuild clear, executive-ready analysis and readouts for Category and RGM leadershipPartner with Sales, Finance, and Category teams to align pricing and trade recommendations with business objectives

What You Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree required; preference for Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field4+ years of experience in pricing strategy, RGM, sales strategy, or finance - CPG strongly preferred; candidates from finance or sales strategy backgrounds with strong analytical skills are encouraged to applyAdvanced Excel and strong analytical modeling skillsExperience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI)Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Category and Sales partnersComfortable managing multiple priorities and working through ambiguity

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$88,000-$121,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
