About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and onboarding. The intern will work closely with the HR & Administrative Manager, gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day HR operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Create and manage job postings
Source candidates through various recruiting platforms
Screen resumes and applications
Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Assist with employment verification and pre-employment processes
Assist with maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records
Support recruiting metrics and reporting
Coordinate first-day logistics, including equipment requests
Schedule new hire orientations and onboarding meetings
Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding paperwork
Administrative Support
Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
Assist with special projects and other ad hoc assignments
Provide support to the HR & Administrative Manager across various initiatives
Employee Experience (Long -Term)
Assist with internal employee communications
Support planning and coordination of company events and employee engagement activities
Help organize culture initiatives and recognition programs
Assist with employee appreciation and morale-building efforts
Qualifications
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Eagerness to learn and grow in the Human Resources field
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable commute to the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Reliable transportation to commute to our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office Monday through Friday.
