Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage, prioritize, and maintain a busy and dynamic calendar of internal and external meetings, events, and appointments, both in person and online for the General Counsel; anticipate and arrange travel as needed.
- Maintain communication with the General Counsel to stay on top of changing priorities, and to ensure preparation and organization for all meetings and events.
- Proactively administer and monitor key Legal Department projects, some with cross-functional teams; update Legal team members on status and milestones as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, agendas, presentations and other documents in appropriate formats.
- Maintain and organize legal files and confidential records. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist paralegals with contract lifecycle management and other Legal Department systems, including tracking deadlines and renewals.
- Support attorneys responsible for compliance and regulatory filings, including document preparation and submission logistics.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as needed.
- Serve as the Legal Department's administrative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare expense reports, process invoices and monitor the budget for the legal team.
Align with other executive assistants on company procedures, administrative processes, and best practices.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is a plus.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED; associate's degree in office management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of executive administrative experience in a corporate environment.
