Lyzr, in a minute
Lyzr is an enterprise software company that helps large organisations put AI agents — software that handles real tasks on its own — to work in their everyday operations. Most companies’ AI projects never move past the pilot stage; Lyzr provides the platform that takes them into dependable, day-to-day use. Today, 500+ enterprises build on Lyzr, more than 1,000 agents run live in production, and 85% of Lyzr projects reach production against an industry average of roughly 30%. Customers include Accenture, WTW, Hitachi, and Verifone, and the company recently raised $100M at a $500M valuation.
Our US go-to-market is accelerating, and events are where enterprise buyers first meet Lyzr in person. This role puts you at the centre of that.
The role
You will own Lyzr’s US event presence end-to-end, with a focus on the New York / Tri-State area — from planning and budgets through vendors, execution, and what matters most: the pipeline each event creates. This is not an events-delivered role; it is a pipeline-owned role. You will also deepen our presence with existing strategic communities and partners, and build the playbook US field marketing runs on as we scale.
What will make you win this role
These are the core requirements — the substance of the job.
Field marketing experience in B2B SaaS or AI. 2–3 years across field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, or product marketing, where enterprise buyers were the audience.
Pipeline ownership. You can show sourced opportunities and proof-of-concept attribution from your events — not just events delivered. Your results are measured in pipeline, and you like it that way.
End-to-end event production. You have owned events fully — including budgets and vendor management — from first plan to post-event follow-through.
Technical confidence. You can demo an AI platform credibly and hold a conversation with CIO/CTO-level buyers.
Location and travel. Based within commutable range of NY/NJ for hybrid work, and available for travel across the US.
Work authorization. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Cherry on top
Not screening criteria — but they will make your first 90 days smoother.
Partner and co-marketing experience. Running joint events or campaigns with hyperscalers or consulting firms.
Product marketing exposure. Comfort translating product capability into buyer-facing narratives.
A playbook-building instinct. You document what works so it can be repeated and scaled.
An active ecosystem presence. You are visible and engaged in the AI/SaaS community on LinkedIn.
Life at Lyzr
Benefits. Zomato meal allowance, an extensive PTO policy, and company-paid subscriptions to leading AI tools — you work with the same tooling our customers rely on.
Hybrid structure. Office days for collaboration and team problem-solving; remote days for deep, uninterrupted work.
An exceptional team. You will work alongside genuinely strong engineers and operators — the kind of colleagues who raise the level of everyone around them.
Autonomy and ownership. We hire people who think like founders. You are given a problem and the space to drive your own outcomes — and with them, your own growth.
Everybody is a visionary. Ideas are evaluated on merit, not seniority. You lead projects, make decisions, and shape what Lyzr becomes.
