Administrative Assistant

As a Administrative Assistant, you'll help the pharmacy team run a smooth, safe office. You will work in a fast-paced medical environment where accuracy, strong communication and data management are vital.

As a Housekeeping Worker, a typical day might include the following:

Typing medication orders and updating records in Epic EMR system
Tracking supplies using Acelis to assist with inventory, logging data and tracking medical supplies
Answering calls from doctors, nurses and drug suppliers
Filing invoices, patient logs and staff schedules accurately
Maintaining patient and physician referrals
Communicating manufacturer recalls and maintaining recall logs
