About the Role:
The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle and operational efficiency of a company's vehicle fleet within the United States. This role ensures that all fleet vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and are utilized effectively to support business logistics and transportation needs. The Fleet Manager will coordinate with service departments and dispatch teams to optimize vehicle availability, reduce downtime, and manage maintenance schedules proactively. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing vehicle maintenance programs and service departments.

Responsibilities:
