Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Mount Laurel Office. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive first impression to patients and visitors while managing administrative tasks. Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Salary/Pay Rate: $19-22/hour depending on specialty and experience

Hours:40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Job Title Duties (not limited to):

Perform clerical duties, answering of phones, scanning, and making appointments
Customer service, and point of care at patient check in or out
Assist physicians with requests for medical reports from other offices
For Satellite Locations: Obtain vitals, patient information, patient history, and review current medications
Operate electronic health records
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information following office HIPAA protocol

Experience Required:

2+ years of continuous recent experience performing the described job responsibilities
Good Judgement, organization ability, and initiative
Attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to anticipate physician needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Adaptable and versatile
Comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards
*Technology Knowledge is a MUST*
