Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, including requisition review, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and pre-employment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, position requirements, qualifications, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, community outreach, schools, professional organizations, referrals, and other recruitment resources.
- Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, education, certifications, licensure, and other position requirements.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely follow-up regarding interviews, selection decisions, offers, and next steps.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other organizational stakeholders.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide guidance regarding candidate qualifications and recruitment considerations.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process to facilitate timely hiring decisions and minimize delays in the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with established compensation practices, organizational policies, and applicable approval processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems.
- Ensure recruitment and selection activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support pre-employment processes, including background screening, employment verification, credential verification, health clearance, and other required pre-hire activities.
- Monitor candidate pipelines and recruitment activity and identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and time-to-fill.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including vacancies, candidate activity, time-to-fill, source of hire, offer activity, and other applicable recruitment measures.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, community outreach, school partnerships, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, community organizations, and other recruitment partners.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives designed to support employee attraction, recruitment, and retention.
- Maintain current knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, employment regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other members of the Human Resources team to support an efficient and consistent recruitment and onboarding process.
Other Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organization.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, job boards, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment technology.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience may be considered.
Salary commensurate with experience within posted range:
$58,000 to $100,000 annually
