Atlantic Restaurant Equipment is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to grow with a fast-expanding company.
As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. You will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, provide pricing information, prepare basic quotes, and support cash-and-carry sales. This role is focused on serving walk-in customers and helping create an exceptional showroom experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Answer product, pricing, and availability questions
- Prepare basic quotes and process sales transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries and opportunities
- Maintain showroom organization, displays, and product presentation
- Work closely with team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning product knowledge and advising customers
- Basic computer skills
