Grapevine Pro is looking for motivated, outgoing, and competitive individuals to join our team as

Field Marketing Representatives.

This is an active, people-focused position for someone who would rather be out in the field than sitting behind a desk. You’ll represent Grapevine Pro in local communities, connect directly with homeowners, introduce them to our exterior remodeling services, and generate opportunities for our team.

No industry experience? That’s okay. We provide training, coaching, and the tools you need to succeed. We’re looking for attitude, work ethic, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

Represent Grapevine Pro in local neighborhoods and communities
Speak directly with homeowners about their exterior remodeling needs
Introduce homeowners to our roofing, window, and siding services
Generate qualified leads and schedule free consultations
Build strong first impressions and represent the Grapevine Pro brand professionally
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
Maintain accurate information regarding homeowner interactions and appointments

Previous customer service, canvassing, marketing, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
