Description:
Healthcare United is seeking a full-time Pain Management Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient interventional pain management practice in Wall Township, New Jersey.
The Physician Assistant will work alongside experienced physicians treating patients with spine, neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions. This opportunity provides a combination of comprehensive patient management, physician collaboration, and exposure to interventional pain care.
The PA will perform patient evaluations and physical examinations, develop individualized treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice, monitor patient progress, and provide ongoing patient education.
The provider may also support or participate in appropriate pain management procedures based on experience, training, and scope of practice.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with no hospital rounding and compensation of $110,000–$140,000 plus bonus opportunities.
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA certification
• Active or eligible New Jersey Physician Assistant license
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Previous APP experience preferred
• Pain management, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, spine care, or related specialty experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills
• Procedural experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• EMR documentation experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff
