EMR is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Camden, NJ. This is a hands-on role that will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, communications, events, promotional materials, and corporate marketing projects.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will help coordinate and execute projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a variety of audiences, and moving projects forward while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional who wants broad exposure to different areas of marketing and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time. This role will be worked 100% onsite at our Camden HQ and pays $60 – 80k/yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communications activities that support business objectives
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders
- Develop and manage print, digital, and promotional materials
- Assist with the development and management of the company's marketing plan and budget
- Support marketing campaigns across print and online channels
- Create presentations, marketing literature, campaign materials, and other marketing content for a variety of audiences
- Develop engaging internal and external communications
- Coordinate internal and external marketing events and activities
- Respond to incoming marketing-related email, phone, and social media inquiries
- Coordinate promotional items and related materials
- Support PR and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities as needed
- Work with the Internal Communications Manager and other internal teams on marketing and communications initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working across multiple areas of the marketing mix
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to getting work done
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while also managing assignments independently
