Talent Acquisition Manager
Full-Time (40hrs) / Exempt
Position Description:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top-tier talent. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment, enhances employer branding efforts, develops strategic sourcing initiatives, and manages the candidate experience from application to onboarding. The Manager partners closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, design efficient recruiting processes, and ensure alignment with firm-wide goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Strategy & Operations
- Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across the organization.
- Evaluate and improve full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting through onboarding, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and other strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement efficient, equitable hiring workflows.
- Employer Branding & Outreach
- Lead employer brand initiatives through digital platforms, social media, job boards, colleges and universities, and industry networks.
- Represent the firm at job fairs, networking events, and industry seminars to elevate visibility and attract candidates.
- Interviewing & Selection
- Review candidate applications and conduct advanced screenings and/or interviews as needed.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates, including offer letters and rejection notices.
- Metrics, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Track key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor trends in talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce planning; provide recommendations to leadership.
- Review vendor contracts and recruitment tools regularly for cost and performance optimization.
- Other Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Director on workforce planning, talent development, and other hiring initiatives.
- Conduct annual reviews of job descriptions and recruitment policies.
- Support broader HR projects as needed.
- This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
Preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS/ATS.
- Prior experience recruiting for professional services; accounting or consulting strongly preferred.
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification.
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship and multi-state hiring compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment projects or teams.
