Infosys is seeking a
Senior Engagement Manager for its
Capital Markets vertical. The person will be responsible for managing strategic client engagements, strengthening client relationships, supporting account growth, and working closely with delivery and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of client commitments. The Senior Engagement Manager will play an important role in driving account growth, delivery excellence, and overall client satisfaction. Usually, the Senior Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.
Key Responsibilities:• Client relationship management and business development: Build and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and support the opportunity management cycle from prospecting and evaluation through proposal and closure.
• Account growth: Work closely with account leadership and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, expand existing engagements, and support account growth.
• Client delivery assurance: Collaborate with delivery and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of commitments to clients.
• Account planning and governance: Support account planning, governance, stakeholder management, opportunity prioritization, and other strategic account initiatives.
• Stakeholder management: Develop strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders as well as cross-functional Infosys teams.
• Proposal and solution development: Collaborate with solution, delivery, consulting, and other internal teams on proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements.

Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Strong experience in client engagement, account management, relationship management, business development, and/or delivery management.
• Experience working within the Capital Markets industry, including exposure to organizations such as investment banks, asset and wealth management firms, broker-dealers, exchanges, clearing organizations, or other Capital Markets institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business development activities, proposals, presentations, and client discussions.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working across business, technology, delivery, and consulting stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of the Capital Markets industry and its business and technology landscape.
• Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
• Understanding of business issues and transformation drivers within Capital Markets.
• Global Delivery Model experience.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-location engagements.
• Experience growing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Exposure to areas such as investment banking, asset management, wealth management, trading, post-trade operations, clearing and settlement, risk, regulatory transformation, data, cloud, and AI-led transformation.
