We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director, in Wealth Management Operations- TEMCO to will support the execution and management of the Firm's CDD protocols for both new and existing customers. This includes managing programs and processes to support the examination of potential AML risk exposure for the Firm. In addition, the CDD Operations ED will have responsibility overseeing processes related to these programs and processes.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within the Client Service & Relationship Management, which is responsible for managing internal and external client relationships. We do this by engaging in client service activities, optimizing the client experience, and managing vendor/external business partner relationships.

What you'll do in the role:
>Manage complex processes and/or support significant process management/project efforts
>Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions
> Analyze and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution
> Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client or Market organizations
> Lead and coordinate discrete change initiatives and transformation programs across Wealth Management Operations, including Gen AI and automation work supported by GAINS.
> Partner with Operations, Technology and business stakeholders to define initiative scope, requirements, expected outcomes and implementation plans.
> Manage multiple transformation initiatives in parallel, maintaining clear scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies and escalation paths.
> Apply a strong control mindset throughout change delivery, considering implementation risk, operational impact and the sustainability of new or transformed capabilities.
> Define, validate and track measurable benefits, including cost reduction, cost avoidance, risk reduction, operational efficiency and hours saved, as applicable to each initiative.
> Coordinate stakeholder engagement, implementation readiness and adoption activities to support successful delivery of new tools, processes and capabilities.
> Contribute to the GAINS and broader WM Operations transformation agenda by identifying opportunities to increase project throughput, simplify work and scale effective solutions.

> Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide concise updates to senior stakeholders.
> Understanding of change-the-business delivery, benefits tracking, project governance and operational change within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
> Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams and maintain momentum in a fast-moving transformation environment.
> At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $172,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
