Win new business. Close complex deals. Grow ICU and emergency department sales.
Bring your medical device sales experience to a role focused on winning hospital business across intensive care units (ICUs), point-of-care settings and emergency departments. As a BrainWatch Territory Manager with Natus Neuro, you’ll own the full sales cycle for BrainWatch point-of-care EEG (POC-EEG) across your assigned US territory—from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing subscription sales. You’ll be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets, acquiring new customers and expanding existing hospital accounts. Through consultative selling, you’ll engage ICU and emergency department teams, IT, administrators and executive decision-makers, build a compelling clinical and business case, and move opportunities towards purchasing decisions. The emphasis is on commercial execution and hospital sales experience, rather than a specialist neurodiagnostics background.
What you’ll do
-
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract close—to win new BrainWatch subscription accounts and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand sales within existing Natus hospital accounts by identifying new opportunities for BrainWatch POC-EEG in ICUs, point-of-care settings and emergency departments.
- Build relationships with ICU and emergency department physicians, nursing teams, IT, administrators, and executive decision-makers to uncover needs, build buying support and advance sales opportunities.
- Translate the clinical and business value of BrainWatch POC-EEG into compelling sales proposals, qualify opportunities, prepare quotations, negotiate complex contracts and close business.
- Partner with the Director of Sales, BrainWatch US, and BrainWatch Clinical Sales to support new customer implementations.
-
- Drive adoption through presentations, peer-to-peer education events, and physician training.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, forecast, and account records to support reliable forecasting and data-driven territory planning.
- Collaborate with sales support, customer service, and product development to support customer satisfaction and product success.
- Follow relevant Quality System procedures and demonstrate teamwork, agility, accountability, and respect.
What you’ll bring
-
- At least 5 years of medical device sales experience, with experience selling disruptive technologies and managing complex hospital sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
-
- Experience selling to hospital teams and navigating clinical and commercial purchasing decisions; sales experience with ICU, point-of-care or emergency department customers is an advantage.
- Strong consultative and conceptual selling skills, with the ability to build relationships across clinical, technical, administrative, and C-suite stakeholders.
-
- A results-driven sales mindset, with the ability to win new business, negotiate complex contracts, expand hospital accounts and maintain momentum through changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, supported by disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small support team.
- High ethical standards and executive-level professional references.
- A valid driver’s license and availability for at least 75% travel.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; an MBA or medical qualification is an advantage.
-
- Medical device sales experience in ICU, point-of-care or emergency department settings, with an understanding of hospital stakeholders and purchasing processes.
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based sales processes.
