The Accounts Receivable Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. The AR Supervisor will oversee daily operations of a team of Accounts Receivable reps, monitor performance, and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances. This position also requires attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data and AR reports. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and support AR staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

    Monitor AR aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.

    Oversee payment posting, adjustments, and account resolution.

    Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. 

    Prepare and present AR performance reports to management.

    Assist in process improvements to maximize efficiency and cash flow.

Qualifications

    Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field (preferred) or relative experience. 

    3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. 

    Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 

Location:  hybrid role working a minimum of 4 days per week onsite.
