Duties

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in basic office procedures.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
