Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant


Job Type: Part-Time


Salary: $23.00 per hour


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office.


Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls

- Responding to emails and managing correspondence

- Scheduling appointments and meetings

- Maintaining office files and records

- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
