Our restaurant is seeking Grill / Sautee Cooks to join our team of strong, energetic cooks. This position involves using industrial kitchen equipment to prepare various menu items. An ideal candidate will be an active, hardworking, Trustworthy and punctual person with experience working in a busy culinary environment. This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to work in a fast-paced but fun laid back establishment, and will also offer a benefits package to full time employees, As well as guaranteed vacation time in the winter.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of meat and fish temperatures
• Knowledge of HACCP and FIFO
• Prepare meat and poultry to order.
• Prepare vegetable and make side dishes.
• Maintain kitchen clean and organized.
• Maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain food quality standards.
• Ability to follow recipes.
• Communicate with co-workers.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Carry out management's directives.
• Uphold a respectful and professional behavior
• Servsafe certified preferred (Can provided certification if necessary)
