TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.

 
WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Scheduler, you will be a key player on our team. 

• Oversee all staffing and scheduling needs for field staff working out of our three NJ locations.
• Liaison with Recruiters to fill vacancies in the schedule.
• Identify positive solutions that balance the needs of the employees with the needs of the company/schedule.
• Create shifts and assignments where needed, and modify daily schedule as needed, which includes notifying and communicating with employees’ re-shift assignments, trade approvals and PTO requests.
• Prepare and compile various periodic reports and documents for review and analysis.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to confirm trip details.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in NEMT, dispatching, or healthcare scheduling. 
• Prior experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail -oriented, and extremely organized.
