What Our Client Needs

An Executive Assistant to provide high-visibility administrative support to senior leadership within the Customer Success organization, while contributing to a centralized, collaborative administrative support team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support including calendar, meeting, event, travel, and expense management for a senior Customer Success executive and her team.
  • Manage complex scheduling and proactively identify and resolve conflicts.
  • Support department meetings, events, and coordination needs.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Administration and Manager of Administration.
  • Contribute to a centralized administrative support function and assist other team members as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a highly visible role.


What You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members as needed.
