We are conducting a search for a Human Resources Manager for our client in New Jersey.
Candidate must understand New Jersey law and have union experience. Also, this manager must work with managers to develop recruitment objectives and plans that achieve the organizationās strategic goals.
Candidate must have a college degree and five or more years of related HR experience. An advanced HR degree, legal degree, or SPHR is beneficial. Experience managing in a union environment is a required.
