              2026-2027 School Year

     

    POSITION: Part Time School Business Administrator/Board Secretary 

    [approximately 2 days per week]

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: Must be experienced in all areas of business functions

    Valid NJ School Business Administrator Certificate

    Prior experience in a school business office with school finance and    accounting required

    GAAP accounting procedures experience

    Hands-on experience with budget development

    Solid working knowledge of statutory and code requirements       related to school finance and purchasing

    Experience with EWEG, HOMEROOM, State reports � NCLB,    IDEA, NJ Smart, ESSER

    Knowledge of insurance/risk management

    Knowledge and management of Transportation, Food Service and      Building Operations

    Capital Projects management experience

    Excellent technology and computer application skills 

    Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

    Must be willing to work with all stakeholders

    Be mindful of district goals
