2026-2027 School Year
POSITION: Part Time School Business Administrator/Board Secretary
[approximately 2 days per week]
QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be experienced in all areas of business functions
• Valid NJ School Business Administrator Certificate
• Prior experience in a school business office with school finance and accounting required
• GAAP accounting procedures experience
• Hands-on experience with budget development
• Solid working knowledge of statutory and code requirements related to school finance and purchasing
• Experience with EWEG, HOMEROOM, State reports � NCLB, IDEA, NJ Smart, ESSER
• Knowledge of insurance/risk management
• Knowledge and management of Transportation, Food Service and Building Operations
• Capital Projects management experience
• Excellent technology and computer application skills
• Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work with all stakeholders
• Be mindful of district goals
