Overview:
A growing organization in New Jersey is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings within the Eatontown area. This role supports Medicare Part B services and offers flexible hours with a minimum requirement of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Candidates with full-time, part-time, or PRN availability are encouraged to apply.
Position Details:
Provide community-based outpatient care to predominantly geriatric patients in their homes
Work as part of an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team
Flexible scheduling available to fit your lifestyle, with regular weekly availability required (including 3 weekdays)
PRN candidates must have consistent ongoing availability and prior experience is preferred

Job Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)
Eligible for New Jersey state licensure
Minimum availability of 12.5 hours per week of direct patient care
