The Process Guide plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations. This position supports daily workflows and helps maintain a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform core warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, product cleaning/testing, and packaging, while consistently meeting established productivity, accuracy, and quality KPIs.
• Spend a significant portion of the workweek engaged in hands-on warehouse work, with additional responsibilities layered in to support operational consistency and process-focused initiatives.
• Take ownership of defined process-related tasks or projects, including basic computer-based work such as Excel tracking, documentation, reporting, and daily use of Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Work independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to manage priorities while keeping leadership informed of progress or issues.
• Bring a process-driven, improvement-minded approach to daily work by helping reinforce standard work, supporting change initiatives, and contributing technical or operational insight as the business grows.

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as picking, packing, receiving, replenishment, or shipping.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Intermediate computer skills (excel, word, handheld scanners, productivity tools).
