Required Education:
Earned doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program required
Qualifications:
Proven administrative experience at the program/director level; extensive APA CoA accreditation project organization and management; established research and scholarship record in counseling psychology; higher education teaching experience in related disciplines; commitment to inclusive education and diverse learning environments; ability and willingness to teach online as needed; proven leadership abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate and direct a diverse team; ability to clearly an effectively articulate the vision of the program to both internal and external constituencies; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
