12-Month Position
JOB GOAL: Reviews, prepares, and processes documents to ensure payment is valid, accurate, timely and appropriate. Keeps vendor accounts reconciled on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required; college coursework in business preferred.
At least two (2) years experience in accounts payable processing, analytics and reconciliations preferably in a school district.
Demonstrates strong customer service, communication and Microsoft office suite skills.
Demonstrates the ability to work in a team/business office environment.
Knowledge of Edumet financial software a plus.
Demonstrates the ability to use electronic equipment, data management, information retrieval, visual presentations and telecommunication.
Flexibility to work beyond normal hours and weekends.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
Successfully completes the required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Such additions to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
