Do you take quiet pride in walking into a messy room and walking out having made it orderly, labeled, and easy to find again?
Are you the kind of person who notices the box that's out of place, the pile that needs scanning, the bowl that needs filling — and just handles it without being asked twice?
Do you like being on your feet, moving with purpose, and finishing what you start to perfection?
Then this might be the perfect position for you.
ROLE
We are hiring an on-site, part-time Personal Assistant to work directly out of the CEO's office in Westfield, NJ. This is a hands-on, in-person support role focused on bringing order to the physical space and taking care of the day-to-day essentials so the CEO's time and environment stay clear and productive.
You will spend your afternoons cataloguing and organizing the office, moving and setting up items, scanning and filing documents (both physically and digitally), helping care for the CEO's dog, Apollo, and keeping food and meals handled. This is a trusted role in a personal, on-site environment — reliability, discretion, and follow-through matter more than experience.
You don't need to be told twice, you don't leave a job half-finished, and you treat the CEO's space, belongings, and pet as if they were your own.

Pet Care

- Consistent part-time afternoon schedule that fits around the rest of your day
