Location: Remote (US)
Schedule: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000
Benefits:
Rosenblum Law helps families protect the people they love through estate planning. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can build funnels and nurture campaigns that turn interest into signed clients.
Many prospects know they need an estate plan but hesitate or put it off. Your job is to understand what’s holding them back and develop the messaging, education, offers, and follow-up that help them move forward.
Your primary focus will be funnel conversion and lifecycle marketing, connecting workshops, webinars, lead magnets, and automated campaigns into a clear path to becoming a client. You’ll also expand the channels that bring qualified prospects into that funnel.
You’ll report to our Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with sales, intake, events, and attorneys. This is a hands-on role with freelancer and agency support. You’ll own priorities, execution, and results.
What you’ll do
Build funnels, nurture campaigns, and creative
- Create lead magnets and segmented email and text campaigns based on prospects’ interests, concerns, and readiness.
- Build follow-up sequences for missed events, attendees who don’t book, consultations that don’t convert, and older leads.
- Develop creative concepts and work with designers, writers, video creators, and agencies to produce ads, emails, videos, and landing pages.
- Own a structured testing roadmap for hooks, visuals, messaging, offers, forms, and calls to action. Document results, refresh creative, and expand successful campaigns.
Grow workshop and webinar performance
- Collaborate with sales and presenting attorneys to test audiences, topics, formats, consultation offers, and booking processes, keeping messaging consistent throughout the journey.
- Own registration campaigns, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling to improve attendance and consultation bookings.
- Test and diversify marketing channels, reducing cost per registrant and attendee while maintaining lead quality and conversion to signed clients.
- Align campaign volume with event availability, consultation schedules, and service capacity.
Connect marketing, sales, and intake
- Use sales feedback, intake conversations, and client insights to understand objections and improve campaigns.
- Develop lead scoring, segmentation, and clear handoffs between automated nurturing and personal outreach.
- Collaborate with intake and attorneys to build an outbound referral program for cases we don’t handle, including partner relationships, follow-up, and referral revenue tracking.
Grow social media and organic reach
- Build an engaged following through educational content, short videos, expert insights, and shareable resources.
- Partner with local influencers and community organizations to promote workshops and reach qualified audiences.
- Collect client reviews and, with permission, feature testimonials and stories across social media and campaigns.
Own systems, budgets, and results
- Build and maintain CRM and automation workflows, accurate source tracking, and visibility into prospect engagement.
- Manage budgets, freelancers, and agencies with clear deliverables, deadlines, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate attorney review of marketing materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Track results by channel, audience, and campaign from registration through signed client. Use acquisition costs and revenue to guide spending and improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Proven success building funnels and nurture campaigns that convert hesitant prospects into paying clients.
- Experience marketing webinars, workshops, or services with longer buying cycles.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms, email and text automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Experience developing creative and testing messaging, offers, and landing pages.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience collaborating with sales and using performance data to improve client acquisition.
- Strong project management skills, including managing freelancers, agencies, and budgets.
Experience growing social media and working with local influencers or community partners is valuable. A background in estate planning, financial services, insurance, or another service where trust and education drive purchasing decisions is a plus. Legal industry experience is not required.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means understanding what motivates families to begin estate planning and what causes them to delay. You’ll build marketing funnels and nurture campaigns that help prospects move forward as clients.
Key priorities include developing a successful webinar funnel, diversifying the marketing channels that consistently drive workshop and webinar attendance at a steady cost per acquisition, and building an organic social media strategy that grows our audience and attracts qualified prospects.
We expect this person to take ownership of their initiatives, work closely with sales and intake, and use performance data to improve results across the customer journey.
Initial priorities will be established collaboratively during onboarding and may evolve based on business needs, performance data, and opportunities identified.
